Sundden Korea and THOTH Sign MOU to Strengthen Smart Industry Competitiveness with AI Robotics

(Seoul = News1) Reporter Jang Do-min – Sundden Korea and Thoth have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 20th to develop advanced smart industry solutions using AI robotics technology and control systems, aiming to strengthen their market competitiveness through mutual cooperation.

 

Sundden Korea supplies high-performance sensors across various industries, while Thoth provides smart process and automation solutions through AI and robotics technologies.

The core of this partnership is the fusion of both companies' AI and robotics technologies with advanced control systems to develop solutions that can respond quickly to market demands. Sundden Korea will prioritize evaluating Thoth’s robotic solutions, and Thoth plans to apply Sundden Korea's sensors and devices to its robotic and automation systems first. Through this collaborative structure, both companies aim to accelerate the commercialization of advanced technologies and expand their market presence.

Kwon Sang-oh, CEO of Sundden Korea, stated, "As AI and robotics technologies continue to have a growing impact across industries, our collaboration with Thoth will help advance control technologies and allow us to respond proactively to market demands. This MOU presents a significant opportunity for both companies."

 

Lee Sang-hyoung, CEO of THOTH, also commented, "The cooperation between our companies will play a key role in providing innovative solutions for the advanced industrial sector. In particular, through control technologies combining AI and robotics, we can improve our responsiveness in the advanced industrial market and enhance our global competitiveness."

The two companies also plan to jointly develop advanced control technologies by applying industrial devices and robotic solutions, integrating AI and robotics. This collaboration aims to enhance market responsiveness in the advanced industrial sector and offer more innovative and efficient solutions to customers.

 

This agreement goes beyond product supply, focusing on improving technology and fostering mutual growth through collaboration. The agreement is set to last for two years, with a Task Force Team (TFT) formed to oversee the implementation of the agreement and discuss specific cooperation plans and strategies.
